Designed For Corporate Trainers
Train the Trainer is the ideal workshop for corporate trainers who want to hone in on their presentation skills to facilitate effective meetings. Designing and delivering effective training is what Train the Trainer is all about. Becoming an expert corporate trainer requires that we know and are responsive to the characteristics of our participants.
Train the Trainer Presentation Workshop
Remember that people come to your training, pay for a course and change their work schedules all because they desire to improve some weakness in their personal or work lives. Generally speaking, they are not looking for a survey course or a great deal of information about a topic, but rather, how to fix or do something better in their lives: repair a relationship, change their supervision style, gain confidence in their ability to present an idea or concept, or simply to gain a better understanding of who they can become.
Getting Some Feedback on Train the Trainer Seminars
Here’s a question I posed to a group of trainers and the responses were not totally unexpected:
“If you could correct one problem in your trainings, what would it be?” That question began a lively and engaging conversation. I heard; “I want to learn how to get people engaged in boring but necessary and important topics” or “I want to know how to connect with each personality and learning style or “I want to find different ways to deliver content that involves participants more.”
During our Train the Trainer workshop, this is what you can expect…
Our train the trainer model has a hands on approach that is proven to be extremely effective. We can tailor our program for your organization or industry. We understand the need for flexibility and we will always strive to meet your schedule.
“Learning is acquired by reading books; but the much more necessary learning, the knowledge of the world, is only to be acquired by reading man, and studying all the various editions of them.”

What’s Trending Now
There was a trend that developed and it was leaning toward facilitation training as opposed to lecturing or delivering a book report. Learning how to develop attention gaining (What’s In It For Me) activities. Our train the trainer presentation training will take a good trainer and make them great!
