1-on-1 Presentation Coaching
Private, custom-built coaching for the moment that matters most.
Board pitches. Keynotes. Investor meetings. Executive interviews. Media appearances. Wedding speeches. The presentations you only get one shot at.
For those moments, you do not want a workshop. You want a coach focused entirely on you, your material, and the outcome that matters.
What you get
Who 1-on-1 coaching is for
Private coaching is the right choice when the moment is specific and generic practice is not enough. Clients come to us with one of the following.
What we work on
Content and message
Opening lines that earn attention. A core message the audience can repeat. Structure that holds up under questioning. Calls to action that produce the next step.
Delivery
Voice and pacing. Body language, gestures, eye contact. Filler words. Energy and presence. The things the audience is actually reading whether you know it or not.
Situation-specific skills
Q&A handling, including the question you do not want. Panel dynamics. On-camera technique. How to handle nerves, blanks, and the unexpected.
Slides
Honest feedback on what to fix and why, so your visuals support the message instead of competing with it.
Format options
Pick the format that fits the work. If none of these fit, we will build what does.
Single 1-hour session
A focused tune-up, often the day before a presentation.
Four 1-hour sessions
Skill development over time, common for executive presence and media work.
How it works
We coach skill, not theory. Confidence rises to the level of skill, so we build the skill first and the confidence follows.
Diagnose
You present your material as you would deliver it today, often on video, so you can see what the audience actually sees.
Coach
Specific, second-by-second feedback. Not general encouragement. The exact moments the message lands, the exact moments it does not, and a clear next move on each one.
Reps
You present again with the changes. Then again. One or two focus points at a time so the new patterns take hold.
