Our Open Enrollment classes are limited to 10 participants to ensure individual attention and interactive learning. Introductory seminars for larger audiences provide a high-level overview of presentation techniques and communication strategies.
To register for one of our Open Enrollment workshops, simply visit our Events page and locate the training you are interested in attending, and there you will find our online registration link.
After registering online, you’ll receive an invoice and confirmation email within one business day.
If you register by phone or request invoicing for corporate payment, your company will receive confirmation once payment is processed. You’ll also receive a detailed Workshop Confirmation with the date, location, and logistics prior to the event.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Standard Cancellation: Full refund minus $150 if canceled ≥ 30 days before event.
- Late Cancellation: Within 30 days — receive a complimentary one-time registration credit for future use.
- Last-Minute (≤ 48 hrs): $250 rescheduling fee applies.
- Substitutions: You may send a colleague if you can’t attend (notify us 48 hrs in advance).
- No-Shows: No refunds or credits.
- Event Cancellation by Effective Presentations: If we reschedule or cancel, you may choose a full refund or future credit.
